Dr. Galip Öztekin is not only the chief physician of the Private Medikum Hospital, but also the heart and driving force behind our success.
With over 39 years of medical experience , a graduate of Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine (1986) and an impressive career in various healthcare institutions, he has successfully treated thousands of patients.
His career began with compulsory service at the Batman Gercüş Health Center, followed by management positions in Antalya and the founding of the Muratpaşa Private Clinic in 1999.
He further developed this into a medical center and finally – after years of planning and personal commitment – into today's Private Medikum Hospital , which opened its doors in 2017.
For his outstanding contributions to medicine , Dr. Galip Öztekin was named “Doctor of the Year” by the Turkish Ministry of Health – one of the highest honors a physician can receive in Turkey.
His philosophy is clear:
